Your focus will be to:

  • Lead inspire and support a passionate team delivering life-changing care to adults children and young people.
  • Champion quality safety and best practice as theCQC Registered Manager ensuringhigh standardsand strong safeguarding.
  • Build meaningful partnerships with clinicians pharmacies and community stakeholders to deliver joined-up person-centred care.
  • Drive innovation in harm reduction medically assisted recovery and outreach delivery always keeping people at the heart of what we do.

About You

Werelooking for someone who:

  • Has experience leading people and services in a complex health or social care setting.
  • Understands safeguarding governance and quality assurance inside and out.

The Details

  • Location:Peterborough
  • *Salary:52221..84 (based on full-time hours)
  • Hours:Full time 37.5 hours per week
  • Start Date: As soon as possible.

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
