Monday Wednesday & Friday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $25 $27 per hour

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Assistant to provide both front and back office support in a fast-paced outpatient healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring efficient daily operations within the clinic.

Responsibilities

Greet room and prepare patients for examinations
Obtain and document vitals perform venipuncture draw blood and administer vaccines
Conduct EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing
Assist with scheduling answering phones and managing EMR documentation
Support healthcare providers with clinical procedures as needed
Maintain strong collaboration with clinical and administrative staff
Contribute to health education outreach and patient experience initiatives

Qualifications

23 years of Medical Assistant experience (externship not included) required
Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred
Occupational Health experience highly preferred
Proficient in phlebotomy/venipuncture EMR systems scheduling vitals EKG and POC testing
BLS or CPR certification required
Strong attention to detail communication skills and computer proficiency
