As an HR Generalist youll play a pivotal role in supporting the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with People Partners and leaders youll ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while cultivating a positive and compliant work environment at the companys Polish headquarters.

Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring compliance with Polish labor law and internal procedures.
- Manage employee records contracts and documentation in line with GDPR and company policies.
- Coordinate leaves of absence probationary tracking and performance milestones.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
People Support & Compliance
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries escalating complex matters when needed.
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal standards.

- Communicate and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Office & Workplace Administration
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a welcoming efficient work environment.

- Coordinate logistics for visitors office supplies and company events.
Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience in a generalist or HR operations role ideally in an international company.
- Solid understanding of Polish Labor Code (Kodeks Pracy) and HR-related regulations.
- Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; HR certification is a plus.
Skills & Mindset
- Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity confidentiality and a proactive mindset.
