Location: 100% remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday 44 hours per week
Contract type: Initially contractor with potential for permanent employment
Salary: To be agreed upon based on salary expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managers calendar emails and calls
- Organize meetings client visits and presentations
- Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) administrative and document support
- Coordinate travel and personal logistics
- Handle confidential information and interdepartmental communication
- Support special projects and corporate events
Requirements:
- Technical or professional degree in Business Administration Foreign Trade International Relations or related fields
- 23 years of experience in similar roles supporting management or executive levels
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). C1 level in English is required
- Proficient in digital tools: Trello/Asana Google Suite MS Office basic QuickBooks CRM ChatGPT
Industry knowledge (preferred): nurseries landscaping construction corporate clients in Florida
