Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Position: Scrum Master
- Location: Gurugram / Hyderabad / Ahmedabad
- Salary: 25 LPA
- Experience: 8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews retrospectives)
- Remove impediments to ensure smooth progress of the development team
- Foster collaboration and effective communication within and across teams
- Maintain transparency by keeping Scrum artifacts (product backlog sprint backlog burndown charts) updated and visible
- Continuously assess and enhance the teams Agile maturity and processes
End-to-End (E2E) Handling Integration:
- Identify opportunities to integrate E2E handling methodologies into development practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather E2E requirements and devise suitable strategies
- Implement E2E handling to streamline the development lifecycle from ideation to delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product management development testing operations) for seamless E2E integration
- Monitor measure and optimize the effectiveness of E2E handling initiatives

- Certified SAFe Scrum Master
- Certified PSM or CSM
