Job Summary
Experience: 8 years
Location: Noida/ Chennai
Job Role:
- Initiate and govern Agile squads aligned with business objectives ensuring effective planning of activities timelines and deliverables.
- Must be French B2 level certified strong in verbal/written French
- Manage Agile Squad including French Customer resources and will have constant and regular interactions in French inside the team.
- Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication and facilitate Agile practices while coaching teams on Scrum frameworks and best practices.
- Track delivery using key metrics like Velocity and Burndown remove obstacles and support DevOps adoption.
- Apply governance to manage risks resources and budgets while also handling people management responsibilities such as career discussions and feedback.

- Manage stakeholders through effective communication and engagement.
- Facilitate Agile practices and guide teams in living Agile values and principles.
- Coach team members on Scrum frameworks ceremonies and best practices.
- Plan and track delivery using metrics like Velocity Burndown and Cumulative Flow.
- Remove obstacles and shield the team from external disruptions.
- Support DevOps adoption by enabling Agile-aligned project setups.
- Apply project governance and manage risks resources and budgets as needed.
