Position: Master Job Controller
Experience: *Minimum 2 years of experience
Salary: 30000 - 35000per month
Location: Malappuram

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and allocate jobs to technicians based on skill level and workload
* Monitor job cards from vehicle entry to final delivery
* Ensure turnaround time (TAT) is maintained as per standards
* Track technician productivity and efficiency on a daily basis
* Coordinate with service advisors regarding job status and delays
* Ensure availability of required spare parts before job commencement
* Identify workflow bottlenecks and take corrective action
* Minimize rework and comeback cases through quality monitoring
* Maintain workshop discipline safety and cleanliness
* Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery
* Prepare daily and monthly workshop performance reports
* Support Workshop Manager / Service Manager in operations
