We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role will involve working with cross-functional teams on a leadership dashboard program driving insights across state regional and advisor-level analytics. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Wealth Management or BFSI strong business acumen and a passion for enabling data-driven decision-making.

Location: New York NY / Hamilton Township NJ (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

Role Summary

The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate closely with business CX and development teams to define the holistic story behind leadership analytics. The role will involve enhancing data-driven reporting improving client platforms and supporting initiatives that lead into an upcoming CX/UX/UI transformation project.

Candidates must be able to work onsite at either the NY Midtown or NJ Hamilton office (hybrid schedule).

Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Wealth Management products such as investment portfolios estate planning tax optimization trust services insurance advisory retirement planning and alternate investments.
Client Platforms: Support and enhance Client Online Advisor Desktop and Client Associate Servicing Portal platforms including workflow and operations improvement.
Program Leadership: Contribute to leadership dashboard development CRM integration and other complex programs involving account onboarding e-delivery consent and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with advisors operations compliance and CX teams to define analytics requirements and ensure seamless integration of business rules.
Data & Analytics: Collaborate with data teams to translate business challenges into technical requirements for reporting dashboards and performance analytics.
Holistic Storytelling: Define and communicate a unified business narrative across leadership regional and advisor performance levels to support executive decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 8 10 years as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management or BFSI domains.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Salesforce D365 Portfolio Analytics and data modeling tools. Ability to convert business needs into actionable functional specifications.
Analytical Thinking: Expertise in financial analysis risk assessment performance metrics and scenario modeling for high-net-worth clients.
Communication: Exceptional communication presentation and documentation skills with experience working with senior stakeholders.
Certifications (Preferred): CFA CFP FRM or similar financial industry certifications validating wealth domain expertise.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work across multiple teams including business technology CX and design.
