Job Summary:
Provide front-line technical and customer support for products and services assisting customers dealers and partners with inquiries warranty issues and parts lookups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding Ag Turf Residential and Golf products.
Manage Tier 1 support for product information warranty coverage and service assistance.
Document all customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up on escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
Support loyalty and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
1 3 years of customer service or call center experience (technical support preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work flexible support hours including occasional holidays.
