Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 9 Months Contract
Location: Johnston IA 50131
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary:

Provide front-line technical and customer support for products and services assisting customers dealers and partners with inquiries warranty issues and parts lookups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding Ag Turf Residential and Golf products.

  • Manage Tier 1 support for product information warranty coverage and service assistance.

  • Document all customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Follow up on escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Support loyalty and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 1 3 years of customer service or call center experience (technical support preferred).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  • Ability to multitask and work flexible support hours including occasional holidays.
