About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team remotely. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment onboarding employee engagement and HR operations. Youll work closely with the HR and leadership team to support day-to-day HR functions and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals LinkedIn and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Maintain and update HR databases and records.
Assist in drafting job descriptions offer letters and HR communications.
Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Help manage intern performance tracking and feedback collection.
Support the HR team in any ad hoc administrative tasks or projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Management Business Administration or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiar with Google Workspace.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced remote environment.
