join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in handling customer interactions within the FMCG industry with a strong commitment to
providing outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls emails and
chat.
• Resolve complaints issues and escalations promptly while maintaining a
professional tone.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Logistics and Finance) to ensure timely
order processing and delivery.
• Record track and follow up on customer feedback and grievances using CRM
tools.
• Maintain and update customer data accurately.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on customer queries and resolutions.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes for better customer
experience
