We are seeking a proactive and creatively-driven Content Producer to join our clients rapidly growing talent and people operations brand.

As a Content Producer you will be the engine behind busines brand expression across video design and digital platforms. Your role is to own the end-to-end production of compelling contentfrom podcast edits and reels to carousels and branded visuals. You will translate raw ideas and strategy into polished deliverables that grow the business audience and establish the brand as a market are not just a content executor; you treat the content like its your own. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CONTENT PRODUCER

Responsibilities as a Content Producer:

Content Creation
Edit podcasts interviews and video clips using Descript (preferred) and/or Adobe Suite (preferred).
Design on-brand static and carousel content using Canva.
Create 35 cinematic Reels per week for LinkedIn Instagram and TikTok.
Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form formats.
Design branded visuals for newsletters case studies and announcements.
Apply a cinematic feel and storytelling pacing to all video and graphic outputs.

Content Strategy & Ownership
Suggest and experiment with new formats (e.g. A/B testing reels).
Take creative ownership of the content lifecycle: ideation production publishing.
Stay ahead of trends and inject fresh disruptive ideas into the content roadmap.

Publishing & Scheduling
Schedule and publish content across 23 platforms (LinkedIn Instagram TikTok Facebook).
Ensure posts follow platform-specific best practices.
Maintain a consistent publishing cadence (5 posts/week: 3 Tom Millington / 2 People8).

Audience Growth & Engagement
Track engagement metrics and suggest strategies to boost reach.
Respond to basic comments/messages where appropriate.
Deliver monthly performance reports highlighting wins and insights.
Brand Alignment
Ensure visual and tonal alignment with People8s identity: fun transparent disruptive and future-focused.
Keep brand assets and templates updated in Canva and OneDrive.
Deliver 100% on-brand visuals and messaging.

Qualifications as a Content Producer:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Media Communications or similar/equivalent education
Atleast 2-3 minimum proven years of experience in content production or digital media.
Proficient in Descript (preferred) for Podcast and video editing. Adobe Suite experience is a strong plus.
Excellent design skills using Canva; an eye for cinematic and brand-aligned visuals.
Meta Business Suite experience
Experience with AI tools like Captions AI (for automatic captions reels clip formatting) is a plus
Experienced with Linkedin Native Scheduler Is desirable and OneDrive (for asset management and asset storage)
Comfortable with basic social media management across 23 platforms.
Strong grasp of storytelling pacing branding and tone.
Creative ownership mindset; comfortable making independent decisions.
