Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end product experiences across platforms (web mobile and in-store) ensuring usability beauty and brand coherence.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user needs and business requirements into thoughtful scalable design solutions.
Conduct user research testing and feedback sessions to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design intent effectively.
Work closely with the Strategy and Marketing teams to ensure product interfaces and experiences align with the overall brand story and growth goals.
Maintain and evolve the design system ensuring consistency across all digital and physical experiences.
Translate data feedback and insight into design improvements and product refinements.
Collaborate on design for special projects including the companys touchpoints QR flows and checkout experiences.
Advocate for accessibility simplicity and usability across all product and interface designs.
Stay up to date on design trends technology and tools; infusing fresh ideas into how the companys digital ecosystem evolves.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience designing products in a digital-first environment (eCommerce SaaS consumer platforms or similar).
Fluent in Figma and familiar with design systems prototyping tools and collaboration platforms (e.g. Notion Miro Jira).
Design with empathy grounding your work in research insight and observation.
Strong grasp of UX principles information architecture and interface design.
Comfortable working in fast-paced iterative environments and collaborating across Product Engineering and Marketing teams.
Meticulous about detail but always mindful of the big picture.
Proactive open to feedback and passionate about growth and experimentation.
Care deeply about impact how your designs make people feel and how they shape the experience of the brand.
