Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that support Utivas brand marketing campaigns digital products and corporate communications. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging visual assets for digital and print materials including social media websites presentations ads and marketing campaigns.
Translate briefs and concepts into high-quality creative designs aligned with Utivas brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing growth and content teams to deliver timely and effective design solutions.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual materials.
Revise and optimize designs based on feedback and performance insights.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar creative role.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) or equivalent.
Solid understanding of layout typography color theory and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
Availability to work in the physical office at least twice a week.
Added Advantage
Experience designing for digital marketing social media or tech/education brands.
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
