Job Summary

Job Title: Purchasing Agent Shift Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Greater Houston- 2-3 Days On-site Hybrid Schedule

Execute procurement activities for solution-based purchases (software services systems) using SAP ECC.

Create and manage purchase requisitions purchase orders and contracts within SAP ECC.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

Negotiate pricing terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal value.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in SAP ECC.

Support audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
