Job Summary

This is a remote position.

When you join our bench youll work alongside an account manager who takes care of the client-facing responsibilities account oversight and overall success of each engagement. Youll have the support of a seasoned recruiting expert with decades of experience ensuring you have the guidance and resources you need to thrive.

Required Skills:

Qualifications Experience with sourcing and interviewing candidates Proficiency in managing full recruitment processes and collaborating with hiring manager Expertise and understanding of industry-specific recruitment needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience with recruitment technologies and platforms is a plus A minimum of 3 years experience working a full desk performing sales and recruitment within a staffing agency or recruitment firm environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven track record of ethics and alignment with Recruit PNWs Core Values.
