About the role

This operation central role in our Amazon team based in Amsterdam will be responsible to lead operations and Supply Chain improvement processes and programs. You will be responsible for:

- Supply Chain & Operations Expertise: In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes inventory management and demand planning; Experience working with Amazons supply and logistics programs (e.g. Direct Fulfillment FBA Vendor Flex) / Understanding of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.

- Amazon Program Evaluation; Experience evaluating and implementing Amazon supply/logistics initiatives (e.g. Amazon Vendor Services Born to Run Direct Import); Ability to compare programs and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions for Dyson.

- Chargeback & Dispute Management; Familiarity with Amazon chargeback types and their underlying causes (shortages late deliveries compliance) Proven experience in investigating disputing and minimizing chargebacks and deductions. Collaborative experience with finance teams on dispute resolution and recovery.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration; Strong relationship-building skills with supply demand sales and finance teams. Capable of acting as a deputy for Sales & Operations Manager when required. Comfort in acting as an interface between internal teams and Amazons supply contacts.

- Project Management; Experience leading long-term process improvement or cost-reduction projects Strong documentation and reporting skills.

- Systems & Data Skills; Advanced user of ERP and order management systems (e.g. SAP) Proficient in Excel data analysis reporting and reconciliation; Familiar with Amazon Retail Analytics and supply chain dashboards.

- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking; Proactive approach to identifying root causes of supply/distribution issues ability to deliver creative solutions for operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

- Attention to Detail; Vigilant in reviewing supply documentation contract terms and compliance requirements demonstrates accuracy in controlling and auditing logistical flows ensuring minimal errors.

- Communication & Influence Clear and concise communication style for both written and verbal updates skilled in alignment and influencing actions across multifunctional and international teams.

- Continuous Improvement Mindset Champion for process optimization and automation opportunities regularly reviews and refines workflows to align with Dyson and Amazon best practices.

About you

• Experience in supply chain operations with Amazon (Vendor Central FBA etc.) in the consumer electronics or FMCG sector is preferred.

• Previous exposure to S&OP environments project management and financial recovery processes will be highly valuable.

• High engagement and strong project management track record.
