Your chapter team will have IT Business Analysts and IT Integrators. You will work in close collaboration with internationally diversified Squads in INGs Agile organization to achieve the QBR commitments. You and your Chapter Engineers work in multiple multi-disciplinary Agile BizDevOps Squads with end-to-end responsibility for our product. Your Key Responsibilities
As a Chapter Lead IT Business Analyst
You are leading IT Business Analysts and IT Integrators area chapter team.
You guide and challenge your IT Business Analysts and IT Integrators area chapter team to always deliver the highest quality Flow-to-Ready deliverables.
Together with your Chapter Engineers (IT Business Analysts and IT Integrators) team - ensure the quality of the work delivered and end-responsible for delivering and maintaining your product IT assets: high quality reliable secure and well documented.
Together with your peer Chapter Leads and IT Area Lead - you create high-performing teams cooperating closely to promptly resolve any obstacles interfere with your Chapter Engineers productivity.
You act as a role-model and actively coach/motivate your Chapter team to be a step-ahead in continuous improvement mindset and actively detect flaws in all delivery areas & processes and suggest/advise improvement solutions.
You are data-driven passionate about measuring what matters actively developing actionable-metrics to be used by your Chapter team & stakeholders making fact-based decisions.
You maintain contacts with business stakeholders have the customer in mind and continuously assessing the customer value & impact. Together with your Chapter team you actively strive to increase our business value delivery.
You play an active role in hiring and retaining great sociable A IT Business Analysts and IT Integrators and giving them freedom to pursue high quality software delivery.
You energize motivate train and guide your Chapter team to increase their knowledge level and contribution ensuring they grow in the discipline your Chapter represents. Strengthen ING Agile WoW as role-model safeguarding the Orange Code.
You are responsible for coaching (on both a personal and professional level) your Chapter team so that they can get the best out of themselves. Develop and lead them to meet their individual career goals organizations goals. Continuously work on skills improvements expertise and personal growth of your Chapter Engineers.
You are aware of personal development goals (technical knowledge as well as responsibilities) of your Chapter team and take this into account when you make decisions. You are aware of gaps in the knowledge of chapter members that stand in the way of getting things done you ensure they get discussed and addressed.

Software Engineering Bachelor degree (or higher) is a must have.
Minimal 10 years of experience in IT in a complex and challenging IT environment
Strong leadership skills and you are passionate about helping others grow in their craftsmanship with a proven track-record of IT successful delivery in Agile organization.
Proven track record of working in ING as IT Business Analysts
Proven track proficiency experience record in ING Finance/Payments preferably worked in Customer Reporting or Payments area.
You are proactive and have a natural drive to act and deliver results on time.
You are an excellent team player and able to motivate and influence.
You take initiative work accurately and in a structured and disciplined manner
You have the patience and resilience to take it on and make it happen.
