Job Summary
Are you passionate about bringing structure to complex projects and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Were looking for a proactive and organized person to join our team as an ERP Project Stream Lead acting as the key link between our ERP project team and IT.
What youll do:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the ERP project and IT team
- Ensure project tasks are clearly defined assigned and completed on time
- Track progress follow up on deliverables and help remove roadblocks
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments
- Support and ensure documentation testing coordination and change management
- Help translate business needs into technical requirements (and vice versa)
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Bachelor degree or higher
- At least 5 years experience in project coordination IT or ERP-related roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Familiarity with ERP systems Financial processes and IT processes is a plus
- Fluent English good Finnish and Swedish is an advantage
