Provides administrative support for onboarding offboarding employee movements and billings and ensures compliance with hotel policies.
Coordinates with third-party agencies and schools related to recruitment efforts in filling vacancies.
Observes the stock of office supplies maintains the cleanliness of the department and ensures that it is aligned with the hotel standards.
Qualifications :
Graduate of a degree in Psychology Human Resource Management or a related course is an asset.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in human resources is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Knowledgeable with applicant tracking system and Microsoft Office applications such as Powerpoint Excel Word and Canva.
In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
