Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Food & Beverage Team Member at our vibrant establishment in Southampton United Kingdom. Were seeking enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
- Greet and seat guests with a warm friendly demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues
- Stay informed about menu items daily specials and promotional offers
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications :
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-energy environment
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Basic food handling and safety knowledge
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods
- Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Attention to detail in food presentation and service
- Must have legal right to work in the United Kingdom
