Your Tasks
Lead end-to-end Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning to align commercial production and financial targets.
Drive coordination with Sales Marketing and Finance through effective S&OP processes to identify demand drivers risks and opportunities.
Improve forecast accuracy by analyzing root causes executing corrective actions and tracking performance.
Monitor replenishment inventory and stock levels across HUBs to meet service and availability targets.
Oversee VAS planning and ensure supply chain efficiency.
Collaborate with Production Centers to resolve supply discrepancies and quality issues.
Lead import planning with cross-functional teams (Marketing Sales Logistics Regulatory and Legal).
Manage stock optimization and clearance strategies with Distributors and Sales teams.
Review key metrics such as Forecast Accuracy DIH and critical stock value to ensure visibility and continuous improvement.
Partner with Commercial teams to minimize write-offs and close gaps between forecast and targets.
Your Profile
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in planning roles with proven experience leading and developing team members.
Solid exposure to both Demand and Supply Planning processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP or other advanced planning systems.
