Senior Multimedia Designer - DotYeti

Important Note: This position requires flexibility with working hours.

Were seeking a talented Senior Multimedia Designer to join our team and create engaging content that resonates with the audience. Youll work on a variety of projects from illustrations and social media designs to animations and videos playing a vital role in enhancing our brands visual presence.

What youll do:

Lead Creative Execution: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact visual solutions.
Multimedia Content Creation: Design and produce product illustrations social media graphics digital ads logos and other materials for both print and digital use.
Animation & Video: Lead the creation of engaging motion graphics and video content that aligns with brand tone and messaging.
Mentorship & Best Practices: Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers; champion design best practices and consistency across all projects.
Tool Mastery: Expertly use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro) to deliver polished professional content.

Our ideal candidate:

Brings 5 years of experience in multimedia design or a related creative field.
Possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work.
Proficient with design software and technologies (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop etc).
Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
With excellent communication and time management skills.

Bonus Points for:

Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
Experience handling design requests for MSMEs large corporations and entrepreneurial initiatives.
