Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Trainee to join our Projects in Supply Chain Team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced project-driven environment while contributing to high-impact initiatives. The role is ideal for early talent looking to build a strong foundation in supplychain department

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Continuous Improvement projects especially the documentation part.

• Conduct warehouse level studies by visiting warehouses and highlight wastages (cost and man-hours)

• Identify areas of opportunities where we can cut down W&D expense (saving projects)

• Support W&D lead in effective inventory replenishment by coordinating with sites and warehouses.

• Study W&D expense and ensure all bills are in line with signed contracts.

• Assist W&D lead in drafting strategic plans for warehouse capacity planning and logistics operations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor of Business Administration.

• Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
