Job Summary
Requirements:
- 13 years in project coordination or junior project management
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira ClickUp Trello Asana etc.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Comfortable working in evening/night shifts
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology
- Experience working with engineering teams
- Basic understanding of APIs frontend/backend concepts
- Certifications like Scrum or PMP Foundation are a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing software projects
- Coordinate tasks between development design and QA teams
- Track project progress timelines and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Identify risks blockers and dependencies and escalate when needed
- Support sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
- Ensure projects follow defined processes and timelines
