Location

Job Description

• Oversee and optimize the management of all rental assets across multiple national operations
• Track real-time asset utilization movement and availability using advanced inventory software (Flex Rental Solutions)
• Analyze performance data to identify underperforming assets and drive cost efficiency
• Strategically allocate equipment for upcoming events to maximize usage and minimize transport costs
• Support asset acquisition and disposal including purchasing decisions and negotiations
• Manage asset budgets depreciation tracking and return-on-asset reporting
• Partner with leadership on capital expenditure planning and financial forecasting
• Assist in acquisitions and integration of newly acquired gear and facilities
• Maintain high standards of accuracy organization and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business operations management or a related field
• 5 years of experience in asset management (live event production or AV industry preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in asset management systems; Flex Rental Solutions experience a plus
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Willingness to travel nationally as needed

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus annual performance-based bonus. Comprehensive health dental and vision insurance 401(k) with 5% match generous PTO and holidays included.
