Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with high-value strategic accounts preferably in Building and Infrastructure (BNI) Industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned customer segments (BNI)
- Create comprehensive account strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
- Conduct regular account reviews and develop tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts
- Negotiate and close complex sales contracts
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in professional services
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
