Job Role:CBS Support -Officer
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for CBS-related issues and coordinate with
IT/vendor teams.
Perform minor CBS customisations and configuration updates as per
business requirements.
Generate and deliver ad-hoc reports using CBS data.
Maintain documentation of support activities changes and reporting
procedures.
Assist in testing and deployment of CBS patches and upgrades.
Any other work assigned from time to time.
To make yourself aware about all the Banks policies procedures and
other guidelines which are placed in the Policies for all folder of the
Project drive (which are being reviewed or updated from time to time).
To deputise for the Compliance Director in his absence or upon request
Skills/ Competencies Required for the Role
Requirements
Experience with Finacle CBS platform
Working knowledge of SQL and scripting for reporting and customisation.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Prior experience in banking operations or IT support is preferred.
