Job Summary

Overview:
Were seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our telecom installation team. This role offers flexibility based on experience and aptitude-ideal for someone with a strong work ethic willingness to learn and interest in telecommunications or hands-on technical work. The position can range from an entry-level helper role to a more skilled technical position depending on the candidates background.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist technicians with telecom circuit testing equipment installation and DC power work as needed.
Support field installations troubleshooting and testing of network equipment.
Receive organize and manage materials and equipment in the warehouse space.
Help track deliveries and ensure equipment is properly staged for upcoming projects.
Ride along with senior technicians on job sites to provide hands-on support and learn field processes.
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.
Perform general labor duties as assigned ensuring reliability and quality work on all tasks.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in telecom electrical or low-voltage work is a plus but not required.
Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
Ability to lift and move equipment or materials as part of installation work.
Dependable proactive and willing to take direction from senior technicians.
Basic knowledge of test equipment DC power systems or circuit testing is highly desirable.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
