Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Chennai. The role is simple and involves helping the sales team with quotations client follow-ups and keeping records updated.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and send quotations and invoices for IT products and services.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for order updates.
Talk to clients over phone or email and share information when needed.
Keep customer and sales details updated in Excel or company systems.
Help in preparing basic reports and tracking ongoing deals.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate or higher in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Experience: Fresher or up to 6 months in sales coordination or similar roles.
Basic knowledge of MS Office Excel and Email.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Location: Chennai Saidapeth
