Job Summary

Job Role:

As a Permanent Lighting Installer with DRIG you will be responsible for the installation of custom lighting systems on residential and commercial properties. This 1099 contract position requires a high level of professionalism reliability and attention to detail to ensure clean consistent and high-quality results on every job. Youll be going to different job locations in your area working with customers and team members to deliver precise installations and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure permanent lighting systems on residential and commercial properties with precision and care.
Collaborate with DRIGs Quality Control (QC) team to ensure alignment with company standards and receive guidance as needed.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers delivering outstanding service from start to finish on every job.
Maintain accurate records of completed installations using DRIGs intuitive management system to access job details and submit job-related documentation while meeting DRIGs quality standards and customer expectations.

Job Goals:

Uphold Compliance and Standards: Adhere to all DRIG safety quality and compliance standards ensuring projects are completed accurately efficiently and safely.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Foster positive customer relationships while maintaining DRIGs reputation for quality professionalism and reliability.
Maximize Efficiency and Productivity: Consistently complete scheduled jobs within allotted timeframes optimizing work schedules to meet or exceed expected earnings.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Experience with lighting installation or similar hands-on installation work (electrical low voltage construction handyman or related fields).
Necessary tools and ladders for lighting installation.
Reliable personal vehicle suitable for transporting ladders.
Able to work at heights while using ladders confidently and safely.
Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
