Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end financial processes within Shared Services including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable General Ledger and Cashbook.
- Lead the optimisation and automation of finance processes across multiple business units.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and reporting in line with IFRS and JSE listed company standards.
- Oversee compliance internal controls and audit readiness across the Shared Services environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Group Finance Commercial Procurement and IT to streamline operations and support business performance.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- Minimum of 5 years post-articles experience with proven leadership in a Shared Services environment.
- Experience in a listed company is essential.
- In-depth understanding of the full accounting function financial controls and reporting standards (IFRS).
