Job Summary
Unifocus is an integrated workforce management software platform offering intelligent automation for daily work orders management housekeeping activities facility maintenance survey solutions scheduling & labour management and time & attendance built for the hospitality market and other dynamic scheduling environment.
We support hotels restaurants casinos and more with our innovative web-based and mobile software suite. What will you do
- Perform data cleaning deduplication and validation activities within the CRM (Salesforce) Client Management tool (ChurnZero) accounting tool (Sage Intacct) and other connected systems
- Identify inconsistencies and gaps in customer details like Parent account type brand products subscription and financial data and take corrective actions
- Organize customer data and optimize data structures and field usage for better reporting and performance tracking
- Document data workflows naming conventions and all steps taken for maintaining data accuracy as part of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Participate in projects to automate and streamline manual data processes
We are looking for:
- Pursuing Bachelors degree in Information Systems Data Analytics Business Administration Finance or other related fields
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel for data tracking
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM and other related tools is a Plus
