About the Role
Were currently seeking an exceptional Fertility Specialist ready to step into a Clinical Director capacity. You will be primarily focused on delivering high-quality evidence-based fertility care including assessments diagnosis and ART addition youll contribute to the ongoing development of clinical protocols mentoring staff and advising on best practices as part of a shared leadership model.
This is not a full-time management role its designed for a senior clinician who wants to lead by example and contribute to clinical excellence in a consultative non-administrative capacity.
Key Responsibilities
As a Fertility Specialist you will:
- Provide comprehensive fertility assessment diagnosis and treatment
- Perform IUI IVF and other ART procedures in line with current best practice
- Work closely with our nursing embryology and counselling teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain detailed accurate medical records in compliance with Australian regulations
As Advisory Clinical Director you will:
- Participate in the development and review of clinical protocols and quality standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff and clinical team members
- Advise on clinical governance compliance and patient safety initiatives
- Offer input into strategic decisions around service delivery and clinical innovation
Qualifications :
About You
Essential:
- FRANZCOG with subspecialty certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI preferred but not essential)
- Full AHPRA registration and Medicare provider eligibility
- Significant fertility and ART experience (5 years preferred)
- A track record of clinical excellence and commitment to evidence-based practice
Highly valued:
- Interest or demonstrated experience in clinical leadership education or protocol development
- Research contributions or publications in reproductive medicine
- A collaborative patient-centred approach to care
Passion for continuous improvement and clinical innovation
