REBORN is an independent creative and media agency delivering campaigns with cultural impact and commercial performance. We partner with leading brands across FMCG travel and wellness to create ideas that move fast and scale smart.
Following recent client wins REBORN is looking for a Senior Account Director to join our team on a 6-month freelance contract with the potential for extension.
This role is suited to a senior operator who thrives in a nimble fast-paced independent agency environment and is equally comfortable leading client relationships and being hands-on in delivery. The role requires a hybrid skill set across account leadership and production overseeing campaigns from strategy through to execution.
This is a Sydney-based role only with the expectation you will work flexibly across home the REBORN North Sydney office and client offices as required. The role is full time though we are open to flexible hours or accelerated weeks for the right candidate.
The opportunity
You are a commercially minded senior account lead who translates strategy and performance data into decisive action. You own senior client relationships end to end while also ensuring work is produced efficiently to a high standard and on time.
You bring a strong understanding of digital social and integrated campaigns and you are confident managing multiple workstreams across creative media and production. You enjoy being close to the work solving problems in real time and creating momentum across teams.
Working closely with the Group Account Director you take pride in delivering results building trusted client partnerships and guiding teams through complex projects with clarity and confidence.
What you will do
Lead senior client relationships while maintaining strong engagement with day-to-day client teams
Act as the primary owner of accounts responsible for commercial health delivery quality and growth opportunities
Understand client businesses deeply and proactively identify opportunities to add value across creativity performance market share and brand impact
Lead integrated creative and digital campaigns from brief through to delivery including timelines budgets and production workflows
Partner closely with Strategy Creative Media and Project Management to ensure work is strategically sound and flawlessly executed
Oversee production across multiple formats including digital social content and integrated campaigns
Sell strategic and creative ideas confidently driving new initiatives and reinforcing the agencys values
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time on budget and to agreed quality benchmarks
Stay across digital platform developments tools and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness
Balance autonomy with collaboration maintaining momentum across internal teams and clients
Requirements
7 years managing digital or integrated accounts within an agency environment
Demonstrated senior leadership of client relationships including C-suite or senior marketing stakeholders
Strong experience leading production workflows alongside account management responsibilities
Proven understanding of digital social and performance-led campaigns
Hands-on experience with platforms including Facebook Instagram Google TikTok and Pinterest
Confident briefing interpreting and applying insights from analytics and reporting dashboards
Strong understanding of creative optimisation channel performance and full-funnel thinking
Highly organised and calm under pressure able to juggle multiple workstreams without losing detail
Clear confident communicator with both creative and technical teams
Comfortable working across home agency and client environments
