We are seeking an experienced Operations & Training Director to report directly to the General Manager working collaboratively with operational teams to elevate training standards and embed a world class service culture.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end resort operations ensuring seamless delivery of 5-star luxury standards.
Design and lead training and development programs including onboarding (in consultation with People & Culture team) service excellence leadership and brand standards.
Drive guest experience excellence through KPIs brand audits and online reputation metrics.
Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to embed a world-class service culture
Ensure compliance with brand standards SOPs and quality assurance programs.
Champion a strong service culture focused on personalisation emotional intelligence and luxury behaviors.

Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality operations and training.
Strong commercial acumen with a passion for service excellence.
Outstanding communications skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Inspiring leader who inspires passion dedication and excellence across the organisation.
Currently residing in Australia with Australian working rights
Flexible with availability for training including different days and shifts.
