Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Training Director to report directly to the General Manager working collaboratively with operational teams to elevate training standards and embed a world class service culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end resort operations ensuring seamless delivery of 5-star luxury standards.

  • Design and lead training and development programs including onboarding (in consultation with People & Culture team) service excellence leadership and brand standards.

  • Drive guest experience excellence through KPIs brand audits and online reputation metrics.

  • Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to embed a world-class service culture

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards SOPs and quality assurance programs.

  • Champion a strong service culture focused on personalisation emotional intelligence and luxury behaviors.


Qualifications :

About You

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality operations and training.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a passion for service excellence.

  • Outstanding communications skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Inspiring leader who inspires passion dedication and excellence across the organisation.

  • Currently residing in Australia with Australian working rights

  • Flexible with availability for training including different days and shifts.
