Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Print Operations to lead production at our St. George facility. This leadership role requires strong expertise in digital wide-format printing combined with proven supervisory skills. The Manager will oversee daily operations ensure high-quality output and drive efficiency across the print team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily print department operations ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Operate maintain and troubleshoot wide-format digital print equipment.
- Lead supervise and mentor a team of print operators.
- Manage scheduling production planning and resource allocation.
- Enforce high standards of quality safety and accuracy.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes productivity and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in wide-format digital printing operations.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Hands-on technical expertise with advanced print equipment.
- Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to relocate to St. George UT (relocation assistance available).
Compensation: $60000.00 - $75000.00 per year
