Job Summary
Role: ICU CSU & Dialysis Nursing Manager
Location: Texarkana TX
Position: Full Time Benefits
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Sunnyvale is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to lead our ICU/CSU units. This role provides clinical operational and people leadership to ensure high-quality patient care staff engagement and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and oversee ICU/CSU clinical operations staff performance and patient care delivery.
-Promote a culture of safety service excellence and collaboration aligned with hospital Mission Vision and Values.
-Manage staffing scheduling and resource utilization to ensure quality care and budget adherenceDrive patient flow quality outcomes and core measure compliance.
-Recruit hire onboard and develop high-performing nursing teams.
-Coach mentor and hold staff accountable through performance management and engagement initiatives.
-Ensure compliance with CMS Joint Commission and evidence-based practice standards.
-Address employee and patient concerns promptly and professionally.
-Participate in hospital leadership meetings and committees as required.
Qualifications:
-BSN required; MSN preferred.
-Current RN license in the State of Texas.
-35 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience in acute care.
-BLS and ACLS required.
-Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
-Experience with service excellence culture staffing optimization and budget management.
-Knowledge of regulatory standards (CMS Joint Commission).
-Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
-ARDCS or CCI certification preferred.
-Bilingual skills preferred.
