Actively source screen and shortlist candidates for internship non-executive and fresh graduate positions (with emphasis on technical and engineering roles).
Assist in job posting preparation and content creation to attract the right talent.
Conduct interview scheduling for shortlisted candidate and follow through the interview outcome.
Support basic documentation and data entry related to recruitment activities.
Qualifications :
Current Diploma / Degree student in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
Proactive detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Interest in technical hiring (engineering chemistry microbio) is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with Canva social media MS Office or similar tools is an added benefit.
