Responsibility
Perform full spectrum of HR functions (Excluded recruitment)
Responsible for the implementation of HR policies practices and processes at country level
Responsible to handle monthly payroll processing for all levels and monthly reporting
Conduct assessment and evaluation on a continuous basis regarding the performance of the staff
Work closely with management and submit performance or other reports to Head Office
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Well versed in processing payroll government mandatory benefits and Labor Law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Hands-on with a positive attitude
