Join Our Team as a Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and in person
- Effectively communicate with customers to address inquiries resolve issues and schedule service appointments
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
- Assistance with Accounts Receivable
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service
- Experience in Microsoft products (Word Excel PowerPoint OneNote)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
- Prior inventory management is a plus
