as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner

As a member of our Global Talent team you will drive the recruiting process from end-to-end across Fastly supporting the hiring of great people for teams primarily across the Revenue and Client Services organisations.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who brings a passion for technology and people with a focus on creativity and solutions.

We partner closely with our hiring managers to develop strategies to identify and hire top performing candidates. We look to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what its really like to work at Fastly.

Whats the job day to day

• Work with hiring managers and business partners (up to VP level) across the region to devise hiring plans and strategies to recruit high performing talent in multiple territories primarily across ASEAN and APJ but supporting the whole team

• Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from end to end with an emphasis on delivering a great candidate experience from start to finish

• Strategise creative ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research referral generation events and sourcing campaigns

• Manage interview and hiring decision-making process with interviewers and hiring managers

• Regularly track pipeline priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders

• Drive offer process in partnership with hiring managers HR and our Compensation team.

• Recommend improvements to sourcing process and candidate outreach

• Support the wider Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team

• Support company Inclusion & Diversity efforts

What do I need to apply

• 4 years progressive recruiting experience ideally inhouse with solid knowledge of the ASEAN/ APJ tech landscape.

• Ability to proactively source attract passive talent through multiple methods and channels.

• A passion for working autonomously with a problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent interviewing skills with ability to screen for ability/ experience AND culture.

• Strong consultative and interpersonal skills to communicate across all levels.

• Knowledge of Employment and HR policies.

• Real attention to detail and ambiguity tolerance with solid decision making skills.

• Wed love you to have additional language skills but this is NOT essential.

• You will need to be based in Singapore currently and be a Singapore Citizen or a Singapore PR; unfortunately we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time.

Salary:

We anticipate an annual salary of around SGD 145000 plus bonus benefits and equity; dependent on experience.

Work Hours:

This position will require you to be available during core business hours (9am - 6pm with flexibility).

Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements:

This position is based in Singapore and only open to candidates currently based in Singapore. This position will require occasional international travel as required by your role or requested by your manager.
