Behavior Analyst Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA

The Company: Our Client is a full-service provider that specializes in the treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities. Their broad thinking approach addresses the whole individual by collaborating with doctors therapists schools and specialists.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a qualified behavior analyst to join their team in Ventura CA. The Behavior Analyst designs and oversees ABA treatment programs. This includes continuously evaluating client needs providing parent education and consultation and problem solving to help each client reach his or her potential. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:

  • 1 Year or Less of Experience - $78000 to $82500
  • 1 or More Years of Experience - $83000 to $87000
  • Overtime With Hourly Differential Offered
  • W2 Position Only No 1099 Contractor Positions

Requirements:

  • Masters Program in Psychology Child Development Special Education Applied Behavioral Analysis or related program
  • Licensure and Certification in Behavior Analysis required
  • 3 Years Working in ABA setting (Experience as RBT or BCaBA included)
  • Will Consider Newly Boarded BCBA Applicants
  • Experience With the Treatment of Autism
  • Experience With Administering Verbal Behavior Assessments and Other ABLLS
  • Experience With Supervision of RBTs and Trainees
  • Ability to Work Independently as the Clinical Supervisor for the ABA Department

Responsibilities:

  • Full Time (Up to 27.5 Billable Hours Per Week or 5.5 Billable Hours Per Day)
  • Schedule: 8am to 6pm
  • Clinical Settings: Stand Alone Clinics or In-Home Therapy
  • Telehealth: Some In-Home Therapy Billable Hours May Be Telehealth However All Center Based Therapy Hours Must be In-Person
  • Supervision of RBTs and Trainees
  • Assessment and Development of Individual Behavior Treatment Plans (IBTs)
  • Administering Skill-Based Assessment and Treatment Planning Using Individualized Language Play and Skill-Based Curricula
  • Provide Assistance to Children with Special Needs
  • Maintain a Holistic Approach to Care That Involves Family School and Community
