Growth Enablement Manager
The Growth Enablement Manager plays a critical role in accelerating revenue by converting qualified sales opportunities into closed deals. This position acts as a strategic bridge between sales generation and deal closure ensuring that every opportunity is supported and optimized for success. The role is also responsible for improving the win ratio across the sales pipeline and support the investment projects (IP) when needed .

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Industrial Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in Logistics solutions operational management business development or Depot management
- Proven track record of improving win rates and closing complex deals.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with project management
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and project leadership abilities.
