Role Overview
As a Chat Service Representative you will manage customer communications across written platforms such as chat email text and social media. You will ensure efficient query resolution accurate product information and a positive customer experience through professional and empathetic interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat email and other text-based channels
Identify and resolve issues promptly with precision and care
Maintain quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience (minimum 1 year) preferred
Excellent written English communication with strong grammar and spelling
Basic computer proficiency and typing accuracy
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and night shifts
Salary:CTC per month (based on interview & experience)
