We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer AV to provide first-level support for Audio-Visual systems across meeting rooms conference halls and collaboration spaces. The role involves installation assistance troubleshooting and ensuring the seamless operation of AV equipment to support business meetings and events.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 technical support for AV systems including projectors displays video conferencing tools microphones speakers and control systems
Set up and support meeting rooms conference calls webinars and live events
Troubleshoot basic hardware software and connectivity issues related to AV equipment
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for escalated AV issues
Perform routine checks testing and preventive maintenance of AV systems
Ensure proper cabling power connections and equipment placement
Assist users with AV tools such as Zoom Microsoft Teams Webex etc.
Maintain inventory and documentation of AV equipment and issues
Ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of Audio-Visual systems and components
Knowledge of video conferencing platforms and collaboration tools
Familiarity with microphones mixers speakers cameras and displays
Basic networking knowledge (LAN HDMI VGA USB IP-based AV)
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer support skills
