We seek an experiencedPaid Media Specialistto develop and optimize high-impact campaigns across search and social platforms. Design/execute paid strategies across Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) LinkedIn TikTok YouTube and emerging channels
Manage budgets A/B tests conversion tracking audience segmentation and retargeting
Collaborate with creatives and strategists to develop high-converting ad assets
Monitor KPIs analyze performance data (GA4/Looker Studio) and deliver actionable reports
Stay ahead of platform updates trends and growth opportunities
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable): - 3 years managing paid campaigns (Google/Meta mandatory; LinkedIn/TikTok a plus)
- Expertise in conversion tracking audience targeting and budget optimization
- Proficiency in GA4 Looker Studio and campaign analysis
- Google Ads/Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred)
- Experience briefing creatives/copywriters for ad development
