Duties & Responsibilities
Duties:
- Provide strategic financial leadership to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Drive financial performance budgeting forecasting and long-term business planning.
- Oversee financial control reporting governance and compliance across the group.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategy expansion and commercial decisions.
- Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure strong financial discipline and accuracy.
- Implement and improve financial systems processes and controls.
- Be hands-on willing to get involved in the detail while maintaining a strategic overview.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- CA(SA) essential
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years senior finance leadership experience within FMCG or retail
- Proven record of adding commercial value and driving growth
- Strong financial control strategy and operational finance background
- Hands-on leader with a track record of influencing key business decisions
Skills & Competencies:
- Commercially astute and business-minded
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills
- High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Integrity accountability and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
