About the Role
Were looking for an eager recently qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) to join our Advisory team. In this role youll work directly with the Head of Advisory and support a wide range of projects from executing client deliverables and managing workflows to collaborating with senior team members driving process improvements and exploring new FinTech applications.
Were after a Swiss Army knife someone whos adaptable proactive and hungry to accelerate their professional growth. Youll be surrounded by a team of senior fractional CFOs learning from their experience while contributing meaningfully to client work across multiple industries.
Our fCFO services span a broad spectrum of finance:
- Building group-level financial models
- Managing multi-regional consolidations
- Executing complex valuations
- Preparing clients for investment and fundraising
- Advising on commercial transactions
- Designing KPI frameworks and operational targets
- Supporting clients with the finance team and role structures
This is a rare opportunity for a young CA(SA) to gain end-to-end exposure across strategic FP&A commercial and operational finance while developing the skills to become a trusted finance leader.
Youll Succeed in this Role if You:
- Have recently qualified as a CA(SA) and want hands-on exposure across multiple clients and industries.
- Are curious about technology automation and modern finance tools.
- Communicate clearly and confidently and can tell a compelling financial story.
- Enjoy working in small high-performance teams where everyone contributes.
