Job Summary
Our client is an established organisation operating across several entities with a strong focus on growth through mergers and acquisitions. They are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CA(SA)/Financial Director (CA(SA) with deep expertise in multi-entity financial leadership and a solid understanding of the dynamics behind deal-making capital raising and strategic expansion. The ideal candidate will bring robust experience in investor relations banking engagement and JSE-listed environments with a proven track record of involvement in listing or admission processes. This role is suited to a commercially minded CFO who can lead with precision drive financial performance and provide the strategic oversight required for a diversified and evolving group.
Ensure compliance with JSE reporting requirements
Guide and support the listing process
Admissions and registration
Stakeholder engagements and investor relations
Planning across multiple entities
Enhance financial controls
Risk management
Cost control and profitability
Skills & Experience:
